2001 Silverado Z71 Extended Cab LS, 4 door, 4x4, 5.3L (325ci), Automatic
No mechanical problems at all.
I am the second owner of this truck. It's been a terrific, reliable truck, but I really don't need a full size 4x4 truck anymore.
Truck has always run good, always started...in -40 degrees in Wyoming and 110 degrees in Texas. Full Synthetic oil changes every 3-4,000 miles since I've had the truck...bought it in '05 with 36,000 miles. Had dealer recomended service at 70,000 miles, including front and rear diff fluids and trans fluid. New spark plugs at 90,000 miles. New battery in '08. Front brakes done before 85,000. Line X permanent spray in bedliner. Infinity component speakers in the front doors. Other than that it's all original and clean.
Will need tires soon. If you use the buy it now I'll put on new Goodyear, BFG, or Bridgestone tires.
