i bought the car for 500 bucks and i've been looking for a truck. I just thought a truck will be better use for me. i have had some exaust problems but have been fixed. the car runs great transmission is great and clutch is excellent.dash is cracked up but other than the interrior problem the car is great. will trade for a DEPENDABLE truck or i will take $450

This is a one-owner vehicle that recently suffered a head-gasket failure, and I simply don't have the money or time to replace it. For it's age it is in VERY GOOD condition. It has some rear-wheel fender area rusting, and some of the window edge black trim tape has worn away. The interior is in VERY GOOD shape, a good shampooing and I woudl grade it as excellent. The car has had a new alternator, battery and front brakes all in the last 8 months. Rear brakes were replaced at 100,000 miles. The windshield was replaced one year ago, and the clutch assembly was completely replaced at aroudn 80,000 miles. Radio, Heat and A /C all are in excellent shape.
The only other problem is that the driver side window doesn't work (broken cable inside the door). The car is also owned by non-smokers so it is also a pleasant car to drive. I would hat to simply junk the car. To the write person, it could be valualbe source-vehicle for parts-sales,or to fix and have as a local run-around vehicle...

Currently stalling (turns over but not starting up) BUT....I have had alternator, new battery, front brakes and rear shocks replaced in Jan. /Feb. 2006. I have all auto body receipts. I think it may have faulty wires that need replacing. Slight cracks to rear bumper. Needs 1 new tire (just put spare on it yesterday) and head lights replaced. Minor work should have this car running quickly!
