I'm offering wonderful little Mercedes Benz roadster. This 1966 Mercedes Benz 230SL comes with both tops and i have own this car's since 1997. The car has recently been repainted as well as having the engine rebuilt. On the road, the car drives as nice as it looks with no major mechanical problems that we have found.
The under body is solid as is the frame. There has been undercoating applied to the underbody to prevent any rust in the future. The white Mercedes hubcaps are in good condition with no curb rash to be found. They are wrapped with 185 /75 R14 radial tires that are older and do show some cracking and dry rot to them. While they are currently serviceable, I would suggest getting these replaced before any long distance trip.
Current mileage shows 36,175 miles and the VIN number is 11304212013670 .This is a great collector piece that is rarely seen. This little Benz is a great little roadster that shows class as well as great German engineering.
The car has been recently repainted and is in excellent condition. The paint shows no major nicks, dings or imperfections. The removable hardtop is in great condition but does have some cracking to the weather-stripping. The soft top is in good overall condition but does show some minor fading due to it not being used for the past number of years. It only has one small tear but overall good. The rear window does show some minor staining. The front and bumpers are both in great condition with no major scratches or pitt
