It's killing me to sell and especially at this price, but we are desperate and need to sell my 1972 FJ-55 A.S.A.P. This truck is in really good shape and needs very little to be really great!
The basic breakdown:
'72 Toyota FJ-55 Land Cruiser
original 'F' engine (estimated at 140,000 miles)
Brand new Toyota H55F 5 speed installed in 2001 with less than 5000 miles on it to date.
33x12.5 tires with good rubber all around
small lift
Warn 7585 electric winch
Interior in good shape with nearly new looking seats and floor rubber
Rear window works with brand new gear just installed!
Other stuff-
Located in Loveland, CO (60 miles north of Denver). Original paint was red /white. Previous owner painted it green /white. What it needs- speedo cable, parking brake, headliner has some rips in it and there are 3-4 spots of rust that have appeared in the last 9 months while sitting in my driveway. Fix those and repaint it and this will be one of the best Cruisers in Northern Colorado!
We paid $5000 for the truck and another $5000 for the tranny and some other work. A few thousand in regular maintenace stuff over the last 4 years and we need to get $6900 out of it now to get us out of the financial sh*thole that we're in right now!
Please pass this on to anyone that might be able to purchase this truck very soon. $6900 is very cheap for a Pig of this quality and potential. I can get pictures to anyone that emails or calls me.

Beautiful car! What can I say. If you know what an LTD is then you know that you can't buy a new car that is this nice. They do not build them like this anymore. My mom has an 06 TrailBlazer that was just junk the day it rolled off the assembly line. If you can afford the gas, this car has an oversized 460 ci engine that does not stop for hills. It does not slow down when you turn on the ac. If you enjoy driving up the mountain pass this car goes uphill fast. It has 62,000 miles. White 4dr. Auto trans. Most all the LTD's got a 351 engine, but this car has the 460, it is the one you want, call now!
