This van was my husband's daily driver until an exhaust problem occured possibly from the head gasket needing replaced. The van starts but runs rough. No exhaust from the manifold back. He parked it to assure no further damage to the engine. With a head gasket and exhaust system this van will get another 200,000+ miles. This suburban is driven daily by my wife or me. The cruise, PW, PL (sometimes sticky), AC work. It has aluminum wheels, 15x8 I believe with excellent BF Goodyear Wrangler Radials (maybe 10k). The interior is very good. At my price its almost worth the buy for the wheels and tires and seats. 2" hitch, trailer brake, and running boards (not installed).
It does burn a significant amount of oil. I took it on a 1400 mile round trip recently. I would drive it anywhere, but plan on a rebuild soon.
The exterior looks pretty good but it has the typical rust. Rear barn doors.
Please understand the vehicle is 16 years old and does have a few quirks, but it is currently reliable comfortable transportation. Email for pics.
